great stay in a SUPER location
convenient location quiet atmosphere
the hotel is near a vaporetto stop and this was so CONVENIENT. the staff was very helpful with directions and any requests i had. my room had very effective air conditioning that kept me comfortable. i appreciated the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere of the room.
the room view faced an internal courtyard, so it wasn't particularly scenic for me.

The staff were helpful. They assisted me with arrival information and also called a water taxi for my departure and gave me directions, SO convenient for getting around. the reception desk was staffed constantly.

My single room was bright and very clean, this. the air conditioning unit worked very well. It maintained a very comfortable temperature throughout my stay and it was QUIET. the bed was very comfortable.

I found the breakfast wonderful. It featured many options and delicious food. there was a wonderful hostess attending and she was so polite, and cheerful. the breakfast room provided a selection of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes.

Lockers are available. They allowed me to store luggage after check-out at a fair price and that's perfect. the building has an entrance near the grand canal.

charming stay near academia bridge
central location helpful staff easy access
i really enjoyed the location near the academia bridge. a water taxi easily got me to the hotel. the staff was also very helpful directing me toward a local restaurant.
the ac wasnt working properly. it kept turning off at night. this made for a warmer, uneasy sleep.

my room was clean, modern, and quiet. i had a really nice view overlooking a beautiful courtyard. it was easy to walk out onto the river from there.

the location of the hotel is excellent, near everything. the hotel is close to two water bus stations. it made commuting to and from the train station really easy.

The room included air conditioning, which worked effectively (it was very warm). The bathroom had a bidet. I found a good selection of television channels available.

impolite receptionist bad smell
the morning receptionist was impolite i found this quite frustrating. a/c stopped working during the night i could not reach anyone by phone for help. my child was upset because of the heat. the refrigerator had a bad smell

Wonderful stay!
warm welcome clean room luggage lockers
I enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff. They are so friendly! My room was clean and bright. I appreciated the lockers the hotel provided to store luggage. This service made my travels easier. It also gave me peace of mind.
The location was great for train arrival. it was more complicated when touring the city for the airport connection. I think they should work on making that aspect easier.

Breakfast includes a buffet for 12 euros, and it is per person! Juices, water, coffee, tea, vegetables, fruits, pastries, toasts, eggs, ham and cheese are available in several types. It has everything you need to start the day.

The room was recently renovated! It was also clean and cozy. It had a split-level. My bathroom was underneath the bedroom! I had a nice view of the patio garden.

The hotel has a spot by the Canal. I enjoyed watching the Gondolas! The front desk personnel is warm and speaks great English. They helped me with directions. It was great.

The location is a short walk to the Academia station, only two minutes! It felt safe walking around. I had no issues even at night. It is easy to reach many cafes from there.

the location was acceptable. it was accessible to the main attractions.

Acceptable, but some issues
false air conditioning mosquito problem
The bathroom was nice.
The listing claimed to have air conditioning. This was a lie. They only switch between ac or heat for the whole building, so it was set to heat. The manager told us to open the windows, but mosquitoes got in from the canals.
